Why Patients Direct
Patients Direct provides a service to pharmaceutical companies and other healthcare professionals centred on a web based system collecting unfiltered Patient Reported Outcomes data.
Our system allows for the rapid set up of surveys, which can be uniquely tailored to the subject in question with responses received and analysed in real time with the capability of collecting data from several countries.
The increasing availability of internet access, means that the collection of data is both easy for the patients and also cost- effective for our clients. We also believe that certain surveys benefit form being telephone based. In recent years Patients Direct has developed a strategic partnership with the Robertson Centre for Bio-Statistics at Glasgow University which is widely acknowledged as an international centre of excellence.
