Through our heritage and affiliation to our sister company, CPS Research, we have a long history of data quality. We use this approach to our methodology, the processes, systems, databases and statistical reporting. Remember, these are the same systems and processes which have been audited by both the FDA and the MHRA and proved robust. They are ISO 9001:2000 accredited and all staff undergo regular training and work to standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
At the heart of our clinical trials and Patients Direct surveys is recruitment of participants – something we feel we are experts in. We pride ourselves on innovative and flexible recruitment strategies designed to meet even the toughest of recruitment schedules and targets.
